Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing team.
- Manage influencer and partnership collaborations where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
